Joining forces for Sustainable Impact
WTS Energy is a global technical staffing company in the energy transition focused on:
1. Managing technical services for energy assets worldwide.
2. Providing human resource services that include recruitment, manpower and digital management platforms for facilitation of teams.
3. Developing training programs based on human resource global trends that support the energy transition.
The National Industrial Training Authority (NITA) is a state corporation established under the Industrial Training (Amendment) Act of 2011. Its mandate is to:
1. Promote the highest standards in the quality and efficiency of Industrial Training in Kenya.
2. Ensure an adequate supply of properly trained manpower at all levels in the industry.
The Employment and Skills for Development in Africa (E4D) is an employment promotion programme that implements development projects in cooperation with private and public sector partners, to bring people into jobs and improve employment situations. E4D is currently prioritizing economic empowerment of women, youth and entrepreneurs, and creation of jobs in sectors like manufacturing, construction and in green sub-sectors like renewable energy and organic agriculture.
The programme is commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and co-funded in Kenya by the European Union (EU), the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad) and the Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA). It is implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
